Chandi Devi Temple - Haridwar

Chandi devi temple is located at the neel parvat hill in haridwar. It is a significant pilgrimage dedicated to Chandi Devi. This is one of three Shakthi peethas in Haridwar along with Manasa Devi Temple and Maya Devi Temple. 

The main idol of Chandi Devi is believed that it has been installed by Adi Shankaracharya in 8th century. The current structure of the temple was built by the King of Kashmir Suchat Singh in 1929.

You can reach the temple either by trekking up the hill or by taking a cable car. It offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The temple’s location offers panoramic views of haridwar and the Ganga river. The aashram organises various spiritual practices like meditation, yoga and chanting of Gayatri Mantra. This aashram houses research institutions and educational institutions focused on spiritual, culture and science.

Bharat Mata Mandir - Haridwar

Bharat Mata Mandir is located at Guru Nanak Nagar Colony, Varanasi, Uttarpradesh. This unique temple is dedicated to mother India. It was inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi in 1936. 

The temple is home to a large marble relief map of undivided India. It also features a statue of Bharat Mata. This temple was built by Babu Shiv Prasad Gupta. He is a freedom fighter and spiritual leader who aimed to create a symbol of national unity. 

The temple is open to visitors from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. There is no entry fee.

Daksha Mahadev Temple - Haridwar

Shree Daksheshwar Nahadev (Daksh Prajapati Temple) is a hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is located in Kankhal, Haridwar. It is one of the most popular pilgrimage sites in India. This is believed that to be 500 yeas old. 

This temple is built on a hilltop overlooking the Ganga river and surrounded by lush green forests. This temple is made of sandstone and decorated with intricate carvings. The main shrine of the temple houses a large shiva lingam which is self manifested. 

Daksha Mahadev Temple is open to visitors from 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM everyday. There is no entry fee. 

Patanjali Yog Peeth

Patanjali Yog Peeth is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Sunday is closed. Patanjali Yogpeeth Phase – 2 open for 24 hours. Patanjali Yogpeeth Trust Haridwar is open from Monday to Sunday 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Saptarshi Aashram

The best time to visit Haridwar and Saptarshi Ashram is during the winter months (October to March) when the weather is pleasant. You can practice meditation and yoga here. Engage in spiritual activities like chanting mantras and attending religious discourses.
