How to Reach Gir National Park?

By air with the nearest airport is Diu which is 110 km away. Another airport is Rajkot Airport. It is 160 km from the park.

There are 2 options if you are going by train. You can book your tickets to arrive Junagadh Station Or Veraval Station. Junagadh to Park is 65 kms and from Veraval its 45 kms.

By road and you can drive or take buses from Junagadh, Rajkot or Ahmedabad.

Gir National Park Entry Fee

For Indian tourists the fee is 800 rupees per vehicle for up to six people. For foreign tourists the fee is 5600 rupees per vehicle.

Timings

Plan your trip between October and June
Safari timings are 6 AM to 9 AM in the morning
Evening safari timings are 3 PM to 6 PM
